It is always amazing to see someone who is not "normal" do something amazing. That is is exactly what Anthony Robles did. He won the 125 LB weight class national championship Saturday. He did it with 1 leg. That is why it so amazing. Anthony Robles was born with one leg. He said it has been a long and tough road but a rewarding one too.

What he did is amazing don't get me wrong, but look at it this way. It would probably be very difficult to take down or grapple a wrestler with one less limb. I have a wrestler friend who said it is absolutely an advantage. But that does not take away what Anthony has done and how hard he has worked to win despite his disability.

NFL Lockout.

What is Indianapolis going to do? The Players have officially sued the NFL and the lockout is in full effect. What does this mean for Indy? Indianapolis is set to hold the Super Bowl in 2012. Many "Beautification" projects in which many hours and many dollars were spent in preparation for this day. Indianapolis could be a HUGE loser in this lockout ordeal. The restaurants were looking for a big boom in business. The hotels were ready for all of the people coming to the Super Bowl.



In my opinion, its a big blow for Indy. It is a hard pillow to swallow considering how much work we have put in for the Super Bowl. Its tough and I hope they fix the problem. I hope both sides can come to an agreement.
